Our St. Louis cut ribs are hand rubbed and hickory smoked until they break in half. As a matter of fact, all of our meat is smoked this way, heck without smoke, rub and lots of time, you might as well be microwaving, because you sure aren't barbequing. Our ribs and chicken are served dry unless requested wet. We also handle any size catering you can throw our way.
